Ivan Shishiev is a theologian, photographer and librarian. He graduated from ‘St. Ioan Rilski’ Theological Seminary in Sofia and Faculty of Theology at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Ivan continues his professional development in the field of art. He is the author of numerous articles related to art, culture and tourism for a number of European and world media, the photo books “Sketches of Sofia” and “Literary Sofia”, as well as 23 exhibitions on Bulgaria and the Balkans.
In 2020, he was awarded by the Sofia Municipality for his contribution to the cultural development of Sofia.
